Caroline and Panchito, the founders of C&F Staffing, were both born and raised in the Philippines. In 2002, they immigrated to Houston with the goal of providing their family with a better life. Drawing from their own experiences with a similar company, they now seek to extend the same sense of security, support, and guidance to others who are embarking on a similar journey.
